In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Regulation on the Processing of Personal Health Data and the Protection of Privacy, I hereby give my consent for İstanbul Ekspres Nakliyat ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“the Company”) to process all of my personal data, including my sensitive personal data and health data, whether provided verbally, in writing, and/or electronically by me, including those that identify or can be used to identify my identity.

The scope of processing covers the following categories of personal data as defined under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Regulation on the Processing of Personal Health Data and the Protection of Privacy:

• Identity Information: Data clearly belonging to an identified or identifiable natural person, processed wholly or partially by automated means or non-automated means forming part of a data recording system, including name-surname, Turkish ID number, nationality, parents’ names, place/date of birth, gender, and information contained in identity documents such as driver’s license, ID card, passport; as well as tax number, SGK number, credit card details, signature, vehicle plate number, etc.

• Contact Information: Data such as phone number, address, email address, fax number, and IP address.

​

• Physical Space Security Data: Records and information obtained at physical entry points and during presence within physical premises, including CCTV footage, fingerprint records, and security checkpoint logs.

• Visual and Audio Records: Photographs and video recordings (excluding those covered under Physical Space Security Data), and personal data contained in copies of documents.

​

• Special Categories of Personal Data: As defined under Article 6 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, including but not limited to health data (such as blood type) and biometric data.

• Request/Complaint Information: Any personal data processed in relation to requests or complaints submitted to İstanbul Ekspres Nakliyat ve Ticaret A.Ş.
