ISO Policy

​As İstanbul Ekspres Nakliyat ve Ticaret A.Ş., we are committed to delivering safe, timely, and customer-focused services in the transportation of sensitive cargo such as household goods, personal effects, and motor vehicles, consistently exceeding customer expectations. To achieve this, we establish, certify, and continuously improve our Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the requirements of the International Organization for Standardization.

ISO represents internationally recognized standards, demonstrating that a company complies with global criteria in quality, safety, and sustainability. For İstanbul Ekspres, these certifications are not merely documents, but a corporate assurance of reliability and transparency on an international scale.

From the customer’s perspective, ISO certifications confirm that the services they receive have been independently audited and verified. This proves that İstanbul Ekspres consistently provides trustworthy, professional, and internationally compliant transportation services.

ISO 9001:2015 – Kalite Yönetim Sistemleri:

İstanbul Ekspres operates within the framework of the ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. This certification demonstrates that all operational processes — from planning and coordination to execution and customer service — are conducted under a structured, measurable, and continuously improving system.

Through this system, risks are identified in advance, corrective actions are implemented, and service continuity is ensured. ISO 10002:2018 – MüÅŸteri Memnuniyeti:
